🏇In-Game Attributes

Each Lazy Horse NFT has a unique combination of attributes that correlate to it's in-game ratings. This creates a fun connection between our beloved Lazy and our virtual world.

This is an introduction to in-game attribute categories and the Lazy Horse NFT traits that give an algorithmic advantage within those attributes.

There are 11 overall in-game attribute categories:

We can establish that every Lazy Horse starts on the same baseline scale in each attribute category, a 5 on a 1–10 scale. For each trait that your Lazy Horse possesses you would receive a +1 in that attribute category.

For example, let’s look at the Overall Speed attribute below. If your Lazy Horse has No Clothes, Diamond Eyes and a Red Background, your Overall Speed rating would be +3 from the baseline performance (total of 8). Under a different scenario, if your Lazy Horse had Zebra Skin, but not any others traits in the attribute category, your Overall Speed rating would be +1 from the baseline performance(total of 6).

Each category follows suit with the same formula with the exception of the Volatility category:

If your Lazy Horse possesses a trait in this category, your horse will randomly either receive a 20% rating increase(+2) or 20% rating decrease(-2) across all attributes for every race making these explosive creatures some of the most dominant however unreliable racers! If more than 1 trait exists in this attribute category, you will receive another weighting. For example, your horse possesses Zebra and Trump hat, you are weighted to (+4/-4), through in a Tie Dye background and it's true boom or bust (+5/-5).

The maximum scale for all attributes is 10.

Improving Attributes

Attributes are improved by accruing time played and racing results. Full time and milestone achievement tiers will be released at time of full game launch.

Barn Cats

Every horse needs a good Barn Cat! All Founding Member Lazy Horses are receiving a unique Barn Cat to keep their Lazy Horse company!

Every Lazy Horse that possesses a Barn Cat receives a +1 recovery attribute. You can pair a Lazy Horse with multiple Barn Cats, but remember the maximum in an attribute category is 10 (+5).

There will be a total of 2000 Barn Cat assets entered in the game ecosystem. No more will ever be minted. Barn Cats will be minted by Founding Member (HORSE) holders in February 2022.
